About Us
In November of 1950, at the home of Jayne Hagan, three Delta Gammas met to begin an alumnae group in Nashville, TN. They knew the importance of the Delta Gamma friendships that they made in college and hoped to develop a group to continue those friendships. Their goal was to create a welcoming environment for Delta Gammas that were new to the city. Present that day were Marie Godwin, Frances Bass and Jayne Hagan. All three ladies were initiated at different times to the Alpha Psi chapter at the University of Mississippi.
